Enterprise's Mission
Our Mission: To promote economic development in Missouri through assisting small businesses in utilizing the SBA 504 Loan Program to purchase buildings, grow their businesses and create jobs in their community.
History of Enterprise Development
Enterprise Development Corporation was established in 1983 as Certified Development Company (CDC), a nonprofit corporation created to encourage economic development in Mid-Missouri. Enterprise Development works with the SBA and local banks to provide financing to small businesses through the SBA 504 Loan program. It provides affordable long-term, fixed-rate financing to help healthy, expanding small businesses grow. The loans can be used for acquiring long-term fixed assets, such as land, buildings, machinery and equipment, or for building, modernizing, renovating or restoring facilities.
